Franklin’s Story

Dear Freshpet, 6 years ago my French Bulldog Franklin was diagnosed with Megeesophagus - a condition where his esophagus doesn't constrict to move food down to his stomach. He has to eat upright in a doggie highchair called a Bailey Chair. We didn't know how long Frank would be with us - he was already 5. We've tried numerous foods over the years but we've always come back to Freshpet. Well, Franklin is now 11 with very little signs of slowing down other than typical aging. We owe so much to Freshpet, so much so that when a family member's dog was diagnosed with Megeesophagus earlier this year I got her to eat with some Freshpet! Her owners now supplement her meals with Freshpet as well. Thank you for offering a food that has helped us keep our Franklin as healthy as possible.
