Junior’s Story

After losing a 2 year old American Bulldog to the pet food recall in 2007, I mean I laid on the Vet's floor and cried hugging my dog lang after he was gone! I vowed right then to NEVER feed any dog any food that had anything to do with China nor any Purina product! I rescued my current dog Junior shortly their after to fill the void in my heart. I named him Junior because he was a spitting image of Kilo except a smaller version and a pitbull, he has been a Freshpet baby ever since I first found it in my Publix grocery store. He is 13 and he lives on Freshpet. It's like he has a built in clock and wakes me up at 7:30 AM, and comes and whines at 4:30PM, it's actually hilarious! I feed him 2 slices a day from a large roll, he likes the chicken best. I will never feed him anything else. I recently told my vet his story and he even admitted it is one of the best food's available, so what I tell everyone I meet, READ THE LABELS! We do it for ourselves so why not your beloved pet? I learned the hard way! This is a picture of him smiling this past Easter Sunday because I let him in bed, I suffer from allergies and can't always let him up, so it was a real treat for him, I think his smile says it all
