Freshpet food has made a huge difference in my dog's life. Jazz is a two year old Shih-Poo. From the beginning she was very difficult to feed. I tried everything for her: dry, cans, fresh; nothing would entice her to eat. I eventually cooked her chicken every day and she would eat a little. Then even that stopped. The vet tried specialty foods but she wouldn't eat. Jazz was starving to death. She got so ill that she spent days on intravenous at the hospital. She was weak and sickly and we did not expect her to live. A family member brought me some Freshpet to try. I wasn't very hopeful, but anything was worth a try. I started with small amounts and she began to eat. Chicken first, then beef. It was amazing. Her appetite grew and I kept increasing her amount. We are a getting near the two month mark and the transformation is astounding. She now has her beef, chicken, and also some select types. Her favourite is beef and bison. She is healthy and has put on weight; she's a happy, playful, and energetic dog. This food really saved her life. Thank you so much for this food. My heart was breaking when she was so sick. She is my best little friend, and I couldn't imagine life without her.
