Fausto, our 15 year old rescue golden doodle mutt mix, is formerly abused but now a very loved family pet. Over the years he enjoyed plenty of the same food we enjoyed and his regular dry dog food. However, this last year he has rejected his dry food. We tried every type of canned food; he will eat it at first and then walk away from each type we present to him. The vet explained that he will eat when he's hungry; this is not true, he would always eat seasoned cooked chicken or other human kitchen creations. I recently tried your Freshpet Select and he acts the same way he does for our human food. He immediately eats your food! He will toss a ball and throw his rope around; his hip strength is greatly improved and he is much happier. I think your food actually will extend his years and has made our life much easier.
