My cat, Jasper, ate some flowers that I received as a gift from a friend after my performance in a musical. What my fiance and I didn't realize is that the flowers he ate were toxic, and he started throwing up. It was three days before he was willing to eat, and, of course, he couldn't keep down basic dry food when he first started eating again. We've purchased Freshpet Select cat food before, giving to Jasper on rare occasions, much to his delight. It'd been awhile since our last purchase, and after giving him both the chicken and shrimp, and the turkey and liver, it was the ocean whitefish and salmon that really got him eating again! He was starting to get quite weak, so seeing him eat brought tears of joy to my eyes. Once he started eating, it helped him get his strength back. He only started eating yesterday, so he's not at 100% yet, but its nice to see him recovering quickly. Thanks so much!
